OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, if your email isn't checked with regularity, your email address has changed or the reminder has gone to your spam filter it is still the responsibility of the client to know when your appointment is so that you can avoid late arrivals, no shows or cancellations.

 

Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, 50% of your service payment is required for the following conditions:

  1. Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  2. No-show or missed appointments.

  3. Late arrivals - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

  4. Habitually rescheduling, arriving late or missing appointments we will ask that you pre pay 100% of the service when making the appointment.
